Inez is a lawyer practicing in São Paulo, Brazil for more than 20 years and partner of the Law Firm Sampaio, Katalan e Lazzareschi Advogados. Inez has developed a great experience in Merger and Acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments and asset financing. And, since 2000 has been rendering legal advice to her clients in the aviation industry, as special aviation counsel in transactions involving both international and domestic sale and purchase, leasing, financing and registration of commercial and business aviation with the Brazilian Aviation Authorities. 

Inez has attended a series of seminars and workshops, both as participant member and speaker with emphasis on business aviation and structuring of aircraft financing and has advised several financial institutions, leasing companies, airliners and charter companies and private owners on domestic and cross border acquisition and aircraft finance.
